For the past week or so service has been very poor. Disconnects every few minutes. It happens on every channel. I have done routine troubleshooting (clearing cache, resetting router, modem...etc).

We are currently experiencing an intermittent freezing on the IPTV USA Channels mostly at mornings caused by a problem in our internet provider network. Our tech team is working with them to get it solved as soon as possible and we are also working to add more networks from different providers as backup for better stability.
