Back up but channels are freezing constantly ! I don't care how much it cost it's totally frustrating when neither service you paid for works properly ! Avov tvonline, link speed is 150 Mbps ! Dreamlink Hd with no Hd !

Running a Mag 254,seems when i change channels i lose the audio and the only way to get it back is by pulling the plug to reboot.On my Mag watching channel 192 has a lot of freezing. When watching the same channel on my MQ-BOX it is totaly impossible to watch and all so the picture seems to be to the right side.
Are the probles ever going to be fixed?
