yes i do
How do I resolve this issue? I've sent emails to Papaio for the last 3 days with no response. I'm getting a message that says 'Your box is blocked by the server. Please contact service the service provider.'

I'm not sharing this mac or any info with anyone. I shouldn't have been banned in the first place. If someone stole my information, then I have no idea how I will keep from getting banned in the future. I've never had any problems for the past half year that it's been working up until about 3 days ago.

What's really annoying is they don't even respond to my emails. What are my options in getting in contact with them? All I can do is use the info to log in to 'check order status' and click on support to send them an email but that's getting me nowhere.

Just wait a little as they don't answer most of the time they just fix the problem. Being blocked and being banned are different things. Try a mac change then change to the real mac. Make sure the donation is active.

Do I need to send them my mac in the email. Because up until this point I've just sent order # and donation #. If I check on the status now it doesn't show IPTV just IKS and it's not even on the rocket server anymore it's on NFPS server now. I don't know what's going on.

I'll send them another email with all the info and wait a few days.

Thanks.

Okay success!! Here's what I did. On the Papaio site beforehand I kept clicking on IPTVRocket tab and then I clicked on the 'link mac address' tab. When I put my info in it wouldn't log in. I'm using IPTVRocket, so it makes since that I would click on that tab. I could check on order status but that's about all I could do on the IPTVRocket site.

Instead, this time around I clicked on the IPTVPrivateserver tab then I was able to link the mac. I changed the mac to something else and then changed it back. It still shows that I'm using IPTVRocket but I had to click on IPTVPrivateserver tab and put my info in there.

Thanks for the help, rockycat and ASFT Wish I would have known to do this earlier when ASFT said it was taken care of.
