But 5 days ago, after i choose ASSIGN ROUTE ==> i see IPTV Portal is s1.iptv66.tv ==> this server is not good , ESPN channel always lost . ==> but i can not change s1.iptv66.tv to s2.iptv66.tv ( because s2 work well )

so please show me how to fix this . My client is upset about this.

Thanks.

want to change s1 to s2 ( i'm reseller )

My subscription is active but I cant get any channels.

Im pretty sure my portal field says s1.iptv66.tv

Are you saying that I should change that to s2.iptv66.tv

YES i want to change s1 to s2 BUT no option to change because after i assign route i see in PORTAL is s1.iptv66.tv and I CAN NOT change .

I need to change to s2 , how ?

Thanks

I checked my route and the portal still said s1.....changing to s2 caused all sorts of authentication problems within potato tv....so I did a reset and got back on s1.

Its working now but some key channels are gone (cnn, fox news, bbc uk down etc)...in their place is an announcement about the change of url for this forum.

Hope these channels will be back soon...they are mostly what I watch

CNN and MSNBC are shown at the bottom of the channel list and are designated as Temp channels until they are replaced back into the correct channel order, and do work :)

hussydany, did you try that Reset as Autoroam laid out ?

most STB emulators do not work with the porn/adult channels.

To reset, you would log onto your code or codes thru the iptv66.com website and the Reset function is found there.
Being a reseller it may be hard to do that for each of your clients codes, so send your clients that Client ID number that your assigned for each code (or maybe you left it as default and in that case it would be shown as 'For Sale' as the Client ID.
That Client ID will replace the 16 digit Order number and that way you do not have to give out the 16 digit order number to each of your clients and possibly breach your security :)

Direct your Clients to the thread linked below.. that will show them how to log on to perform the Reset function...
And give them that Clint ID and their 13 digit Route number to log on with.
