I renewed a route that had not been active for a while. Now it says the account is expired(on the kokaleka app). I've tried changing the portal and route number but I always get the same error. Please help.
When i use a VPN it does load the channels (It looks different). I thought we were not supposed to use a VPN. However, the channels don't play.
