IPTV66 Route Checker

Any one know if the route checker is working. I am trying to refresh a route for one of my clients. He has tried rebooting several times with no luck.
When I use the route checker. I get an Error message as follows. Thanks

yes, seems to be giving them errors. I have informed the administrator about it.
It may be off-line at the moment so the techs can address a couple things with its functionality.

But either way, administrator has been informed

I get the same message. They are most probably trying to fix the problem that some mac's get reset to 00:00:00:00:00:00 and then it's impossible to update them. Hope they do as that's my problem.
