Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

Hello every one,

Title says it all. I have been down for 2 weeks now in two devices in two houses and different network and ISP.
I have logged in to papiao account. Mac addredd looks right, service says active and have 220+ days and the link 11.iptvrocket.tv
I don't know if it's for everyone or there is something that I am missing. Your help is highly appreciated.
 
I did restart the router and my credintials are correct and not touched since the time everything was up and running. I have two devices and each one is in different house/neighborhood.

Do you guys mean by iptv reset is to reset the Avov device? Casue i did login to my papiao and clicked reset but with no luck.
 
Hi guys,
Anyone aware of a better way of getting answers. I just had another attempt of the steps below :
1 restarted the modem and assigned another IP to the Avov.
2-factory reset my Avov Online+
3- tried to connect to http://www.11.iptvrocket.tv
Username: my email
Password: my account number

4-tried to connect to http://www.11.iptvrocket.tv
Username: my account number
Password: my account number

5-tried to connect to http://www.11.iptvrocket.tv
No credentials

All of the above and no luck!

*This is happening in two devices in two different regions and different ISPs however they are under my account.

To test further I invested further to isolate the problem and went ahead and bought one month of service from a competetor and not suprisangly all channels and HD channels are working like a charm.

I am in need for an advice on how to contact the people responsible for this service. I understand the service is delivered as is but it is frustrating to hear people saying the service is running but in fact it is not. There must be a minimal level of customer service Please help!

If the service was down for everyone, this place would be flooded with messages. It's not the case. Are you getting an error message?

I have the same problem. It must be something to do with the STB. I was told to download the latest version, which I did, I reset the mac address, my IPTV server is 11.itpvrocket.tv which is in the STB & guess what. Error message. No one seems to have the answer. I was told to delete the http:/ & just put in 11.iptvrocket.tv. which again came in incorrect.
Looks like its the same problem. into the 3 week now without the service.
 
Ok Its working:D I checked the network connection. My box is wired direct in to the router. Found the fault was the lead to the router, hence no connection which threw up the log in faults. Try your connection to the router it may be the problem.
Mine must have been hit or miss as I could something use other apps on the box. Worth a check on the connection. Hope this helps a little
 
SOLVED!!!
Okay so I tried one last thing and it worked!
I swapped donations and MACs for my two Avov boxes and logged in as follows:
Server: 11.iptvrocket.tv
(no http://www.)
Username:donation
Password:donation

It worked in two boxes, I will try to swap back to original donation assignment in 24 hours and check.

Not sure if this was something at my end or server end.
