Rocket Rocket Donation using My Gica ATV1800e

-Hi everyone I have tried many times to buy a donation for my (My Gica atv1800e) and every time
I put the MAC in the box to buy my donation it comes back (Mac Address invalid please verify).
I check my Mac Address on my box and the address I put in the box is right.

-Can some tell me if Rocket supports my unit? I have the Mag 250 in it.
When I order the Rocket IP-TV am I to give them my Mac address before I buy or after.
I don't want to spend $80.00 dollars if Rocket don't support my unit. Thanks eVERY-ONE

Yes, Rocket will run on the MyGica 1800e (check the MyGica section in this forum). But you first need to purchase a Rocket subscription. Install the MagTV emulator on the box (from the MyGica store)...it will generate a Mac for you. Then link this Mac to your donation.

-Thanks for the info...looks like I got most of it right because I had the Mag 250 emulator install on the box....This might be a stupid
question but will the MAC address on the bottom of my receiver be the same that Mag tv gives.

No it will not. Use the one within the emulator

Agreed. Use the one that is generated by MagTV. It should be formatted 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx. Link that Mac to your donation first, and then enter it into the MagTV portal configuration (remember to "exit" when done).
