Hi. Renewed my Rocket yesterday with 5 days left. Donation has been received along with confirmation as paid with 369 days remaining.

I now do not have any reception. Do I have to change any setting in my Rocket Checker? These are my settings.

the MAC addy is blank. Is that the way you want it to be ?

I have removed your 12 digit donation number.
That should never be posted in open forums or some one may grab it up for their own

Thanks for your reply crazed 2.0 That was a fake donation number. What should be in the Mac Address other than blank 0000? Do I need to change it?

what was it when you had it working before ?

Do you use the Playlist method or do you use the MAC attached method ?

if in the past the MAC was used then use it again. You would link the MAC addy to your code at the Rocket website.
Depending on the box you have the MAc may be on a sticker on the underside of the box.

What box (receiver) do you have ?

I have been working using a Dreamlink Box for the last 4 years . Was working great till I sent my donation on Sunday. Mac address has always been :00:00:00:00:00:00 As far as a number under the box...I would say its only a serial no.please no personal info in open forum!!
If I was to send you my Rocket e-mail and Rocket donation number would you be able to look at my settings. Thanks again crazed 2.0

By the way I get VICTY Channel which does not require internet so the box is working.
