While channel surfing lately i have come across some channels that when selected they go black with audio then a box appears saying " the resolution is not supported on this tv. please change the resolution " i have never come across this other than the last month or so, i have a Samsung Smart tv, i have looked in the tools and menu areas and dont see anywhere to change the rez but noticed that there is a rez setting in settings under video on my Mag ( video output mode- 1080p-60 .. Graphic resolution- 1280 x 720 ), im not sure what the other channel numbers were but there were about 4 of them that i came across, do i need to change the rez settings on the Mag if so to what please.

sorry forgot to add the recent channels, they were 82, 78

try to change g-res to 'same as video...

No its not a 4K and i made a mistake in my previous quote there are only 3 settings for grafx rez ... 720 x 576 , 1280 x 720 and same as video , i have tried all 3 and no go , the same as setting resets back to the 1280 mode , should i start playing with the video output mode settings?
