If your dealing with a reseller and not direct like is recommended then your at the mercy of the reseller. Did you buy direct or not do what everyone has said and not buy direct?? Buy direct and save yourself the hassle people!! Pay a little more and buy direct from the source!

We only support rocket, Nfps and iks66 here. All of which you can buy directly from them and you do not need to buy from a reseller. My recommendation is buy direct and do not buy from a reseller as they control your account and you can get ripped off.
