Hello,

Im trying to update my reseller account with credits, however I keep getting an error to say that my login details (the same details i use to login to the dashboard) are incorrect.


Is there are issue going on right now with this. I am totally out of credits and need to update some clients.

Although it's not what you want to hear, I'd wait until things are fixed. I have a feeling you will be creating a new account even if you use the old e-mail address, because you're not tying it to the old reseller account. That is just a guess on my part, though.
 
Guys, they have been on this and have fixed some that they knew were having issues.
If anyone is still having issues, please send me your email and the service used.

I have the same issue then I click the forgot password in the ikstv login page and now I cant acces my account. I get the new password at email but it's not working. I reset my password about 5 times and can't get access. Always get wrong password notification.
