Rocket Renewal *help*

Hey there! I paid for Renewal to my rocket last week, my credit card was charged and all and I went to turn on box this evening and my box not working. I checked my Rocket and states account "INACTIVE" this has been a week already can someone please help! I tried sending Crazed 2.0 a PM but stated his inbox was full.
