Did you check how much you were charged on your CC?
The donation info indicates that your have a "Rocket" donation. In the big scheme, it really doesn't matter at the technical level.
If you still are on the black screen after starting the emu, click on the screen using the mouse cursor from your remote. Click on Yellow for Account Info. If you see your MAC and the words "Tariff plan: Default", you weren't provisioned properly... and it could be because you don't have valid donation for the service.
