From looking at greenhippo past posts it's because he cannot get it to work, posts in both emulator and iptv stalker treads.......... I think it would do my head in as well!

I have tried multiple solutions and none have worked. I'm using an android box with the latest stb emulator and what happens is that when i load stb with all the credentials correct the screen just stays black and after about 5 mins it says connection error. I don't even get the blue screen with the yellow loading bar but if choose the default profile that comes with stb, it loads like normal. I'm having this exact problem with a different iptv service using stb emulator, it just loads a black screen.

Funny thing is if i enter an incorrect portal setting it gives the connection error the same time but with the correct portal it takes about 5 mins. I've heard there's some deep sea cable of my ISP that is damaged becuase myself and others i know are experiencing problems with their internet and i've heard that my ISP maybe blocking the iptv traffic altogether as they too offer an iptv package. I could even make a video showing the black screen. I'm just fed up with this whole thing, that is all.

What is the correct portal i must use, this is what i got in the email. IPTV PORTAL: 11.iptvrocket.tv
IKS SERVER: 5.rocketserver.tv (Dish) 65.rocketserver.tv (Claro TV 50W) 55.rocketserver.tv (Dish Mexico) 60.rocketserver.tv (Sky Mexico) 35.nfpsserver.tv (Media Net)
PORT: 35955 (Dish) 65000 (Claro TV 50W) 55000 (Dish Mexico) 60000 (Sky Mexico) 35000 (Media Net)
DESKEY: 6103403445406970987123412134
STATUS: ACTIVE

but i see people posting 11.iptvprivateserver.tv and this makes it very confusing, so again what is the correct portal i must use if using stb emulator and NOT a mag box of any kind.

First, if your emulator was working fine before the system went paid, its probably not your ISP's problem.

Second, the STB emulator was not working a few days last week because of a change of configuration at the server, and the emu couldn't handle it, so the author changed it. The version that fixed it was 0.6.11

Next, you have a rocket donation, so you would use what was assigned to you. Use "http:// 11.iptvrocket.tv" (take the space out)

The problem that most members that are having problems is not having a valid MAC linked to a current donation. In some cases, the MAC did not properly provision when you enter it into the 'rocket' checker. You can attempt to force re-provisioning by first trying to link a bogus MAC, such as 00:00:00:12:00:00 first, then relink with one that actually can work with the server, such as "00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx" with the last six being sufficiently random hex digits (between 0-9, A-F). You can use the last six digits of your android box, for example. However, most issues are user configuration.

Please follow the following basic tutorial in the Emu thread here.

You say i have a rocket donation, is that different from nfps because rocket alone was 70 and i got the nfps which was 80 so i don't understand what you mean. I never intended for just rocket because i have no dish or any of that. I already updated to the latest .11 version of stb. I linked the mac because i even pmed a moderator, gave them the donation number and there exact words were, "yea your good should have tv" so i don't see why linking should be a problem as i've done it already. I'm not a noob to this as i've used other services without problems but all of a sudden NOTHING works, not this or ANY other iptv services AT ALL.
