NFPS / Private really weird..is the iptv server down

this is too weird.
my kodi live tv stopped working .even the live tv heading is gone.
thats on both my android boxes.
my stb emulator also stopped working..it cannot connect to server.
is it possible my service provider has blocked it ?
kodi works well

My mag 254 won't load past blue screen with scrolling bar,,,,,
tried two unpluging reboots and no go,,,, loads only to blue screen
