4. For Android Users, using STB Emulator make sure your emulator is sending up the Device ID information, learn how below
A) this should work if your STB Emulator connects but doesn't bring up the channels

1) Reset your IPTV Donation as above.

2) Go to Settings -> Profile -> Your Profile Name -> Device ID in the application menu.

3) Make sure that the option "Send Device ID to Service Provider" is checked.


4) Reload the application.

5) The Application should now be functional.

the steps highlighted above wont work (maybe for some users) b/c

when users click on profiles/profile name (iptvstb) - note; there is NO device id available (popping up) to edit so, numbers 2 and 3 is not workable for us, at this end

however, if that is the case? for some users this is the (alternate) steps we took to replace those instructions

scroll down to and click advance setting/ the first line is "Use the old emulation method" put a check mark there - exit all the way out (closing app)

- open app and log in with credentials (user/pass) and it should connect..once connected and users close the emu..future connections, there should be NO need to enter user pass again (saved)


EDIT ; However - the app works but all (most) channels are a black screen with "authentication problem" message at the very top, every time user clicks on a channel

- at least at this end as of right now BUT some music channels work and some internationals -

prob still a maintenance issue

Username and Password Error

1. Reset IPTV on rocket (papiao.is) donation checker
2. Reboot Portal from STB from the portal option in the settings

It worked for me this morning after 3 days of error message on Username and Password

Tried this starts reload but stops at about 1/4 changed setting as stated in above post no luck

did you also do this step first, as suggested in the announcement?

2. If you are getting an error, by trying to log in.. Please Reset your IPTV, this is done by inputting your order number and donation, and clicking "Reset IPTV", after that is done, try logging in again.
