That's on Vancouver Island (Victoria is the city on the island and is the capital of BC).
Bamfield is up along the Pacific Rim, on the west coast of the island.
There is a inlet there where the community in located.
It's beautiful :)

I know because I dated a girl who was born and raised in Bamfield :)
