So do I just put in 13 numbers is there anything in between number like :

just use this: http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?7161-Stalker-Client-NFPS it has serial enabled and is dead easy to set up.
you do not _have_ to put in any numbers. use the above client it has serial enabled.
if you want to make a custom one read alucard's post about it.

try this instead then enter: 0000000000000 - 13 zero's as serial number in the pvr client

no just enable send serial and not custom serial below send serial setting in iptv stalker.
if you do not use iptv stalker uninstall it.
its not good to have both on the same kodi installation, they can interfere with each other if you are not careful.
