YES U DO
Hello, can some one help me out please! Ive been trying to renew or buy new routes for my satellite. Every time i do so, it tells me that please contact my bank. I did all of that and they said everything is fine..

Can someone assist me as to what i need to do to be able to purchase my routes

i have never seen that message to contact bank before.

Did you get any order numbers or anything else ?

Send me your email , I will check things.

okay, there has been no transaction completed thru your email , nothing recent anyway. I do see your old expired code but that is all.
I do not know why it is not working for you.
Has the card expired or anything like that ?

Hello. Any word yet??

I have not received any word, but they have received my emails. There were a few other instances of glitches occuring thru the gateways.
One issue was fixed.

I may not hear any replies with this type of matter, instead it will just be fixed.
That last issue that was fixed, I would not have known except the member came back and told me.

If your card is okay and I do believe it is, then finding the problem can be something that the gateway can do.

Is all I can do bud, except wait.
You could also email them, if not already.
Even if they do not answer, at least they have the email and maybe there are more the same from recent.
Use a descriptive subject title for the Email, so they can readily tell what it is about.

Tried again this morning & this is what I constantly keeping getting

Order ID: 6821************
Payment Amount: US$ 17.00
Payment Result: Failed
Please try to order again using a different Visa Card or Payment gateway.

when you get the message --Payment Result: Failed-- then that is definite that it did fail.
There is nothing they can do really.
The system is working. It is being used everyday by others.
I do not know what to tell you on this. They would have no answers either, I doubt.
