IPTV66 Problem Reseller Panel

IPTV66 Help here!
Both my IKS and IPTV went down at same time. IPTV is asking for password and username. I renewed my donation in October.

Also have emailed customer support twice now and no response.
 
yea, sorry dan but looks like you have purchased from a re-seller and he is only one that can explain why your donation expired 10 months early :(

I know you thought you had bought direct from iptv66, but looking at that email they sent, it was not from iptv66

There has been acknowledgement, but no updates so far

I am always on things concerning members issues with the system.
In one 24 hour period, I probably have 5 to 10 members in private conversations with system issues. I mean the server systems and not receivers or Kodi or Stalker or etc... My duties as I see them, are to help with any and all server system issues, so there is no time for anything else when it comes to private conversation messages.. And yes, I do get results.
I am here 24-7
I answer every message I get.
I can go on and tell you of how many issues are fixed just because I can access the login and maybe set things correct on the members papiao page.
Or if need be, an email gets sent to administration (thru the fast track).

I am online as much as I am so I can get to any new private message without delay.

Yes, others have gotten things corrected *(any issues are always being addressed).
I received an email from the administration this morning concerning your account. But unfortunatly there was no attachment included in the email. Just a splash heading was all the email was. I sent an email back right then.

That was my question to you, which I had been waiting on answer (the message I sent you this day).
Did you check your emails ?
 
I check me emails every couple of hours i never received confirmation of my order or password change

You have to understand my frustration especially this coming week when everyone is home with no TV
Can you please get this done today

All I can do is send the info directly to administration to get it looked at. I have again this early morning sent another message asking for progress.
