Problem Releasing MAC Error" The following MAC Address already exist in our system"

Hi,

I'm having problems releasing a MAC address, I already unlicked it from the previous donation but when I try add it again I keep getting "The following MAC Address(es) already exist in our system or are invalid"
Please help!!!!

Could be somebody else taken the address or the server is still working on changing the macs since papiao been having a lot of problems but soon everything will be well again

Change your mac number and try

I can't change the mac on an MAG 254

Not sure if Crazed can do this but I think the process to get a mac released is email a picture of the bottom label of your box to papiao and explain.

Please help how did you solve this?
I bought a second MAG 254 it had a previous owner with a previous account... i erase everything and try to set up my account but it says:

The following MAC Address(es) already exist in our system or are invalid. The MAC Address must begin with 00:1A:79 or 00:1A:78 and match with the one configured in your STB. Please fix them and try again

Any help will be appreciated
