Rocket problem reaching Rocket to make donation

When punching in "iptvrocket.is" on my pc computer using Firefox browser and also Internet Explorer, after a long wait, I get error message "connection timed out,
try again". I have done this about a dozen times and same message appears. Is this happening to others? Am I doing something wrong?
