Rocket Problem checking donation

Hello all,
1) I've tried checking my rocket today and kept getting incorrect info. I've c/p donation number, made sure captcha was correct, nothing. Error everytime. My donation expires in a few days and would like to unlink my mac address. I figured doing this before it expires would be the easiest when buying a new donation. At this time I can't understand how I was able to load my mac address because my mag254 does work. Thank you for all your help!

Hello all, Solved! My issues were on my end. I was login into the incorrect server. Rocket donation=rocket server. My apologies to everyone! Will look closer next time before posting.
