Ok.... Update.
Significant back and forth with Papiao support staff. I will tell you that they communicated with me every single day. Sometimes twice a day.
It was a bit difficult to finally get the issue resolved, but they did it. Donation is working and I am appreciative of their support.
Patience is at times hard to find, and to work through these type of issues, demands patience. I've also read many posts in the past saying the they don't ever respond. I can tell you that they do. I've never needed to leverage them, because everything has just always worked. This time, I needed them and they were there.
My advice to anyone that is needing the support staffs help, is to have patience. Type clearly and be specific about what your setup is and what your issues are. Use screen prints, or photos of the screens and messages. Let them work their process. It may seem slow and unfocused (that's what I felt), however, they will eventually get to the problem if it's on their end.
