I was told that the PPV was moved to the movies on demand, but I cant find any movie in there that on the IKS ppv, where are they?

If you have a Mag or AVOV, there's a VoD section. If you're using Kodi, the VoD section is available via IPTV Stalker Plus, IPTV Stalker Lite and Couch Potato's mod of the IPTV Stalker video add-on. The VoDs are not available using PVR Stalker client.
