PPV - reports

[QUOTE = Capt.Kangaroo; 254505] Acabo de notar que el Z8 no reproducirá los nuevos canales ppv en el NFPS (601-620).
mY z7 + los jugará sin embargo.
Extraño. Estoy investigando [/ CITA]

Good evening the same thing happens in the software ProgDVB using in PC does not reproduce the PPV

List updated @ post#1
All listed are working except PPV15 and the 2 reserved PPV channels.
The ones that have been live for a couple weeks all went to Spanish at present time, yea.

Z8 will play these thru the m3u Playlist thru Playlist Portal... tested just now and confirmed.
Playlist is a fresh hard copy on USB Drive.
Have not tried any other playback method with the Z8 yet thou.

thanks for info. I was using MAC address

Checked Z8 with MAC attached and results are a no go :(
In the MOL2 app, there is an option to change to an External Player, but that only works for the VOD selections, while LiveTV has only the Internal Player as an option.
*Jusy FYI
Most of the PPV's have a URL that requests an MPEG-4(.mp4), from a website url, but then gets a redirect to a Dropbox usercontent download item, that consists of the movie data in an (.MKV) container format.

*FYI- Info for testing purposes;
PPV1,4,5 - all return .mkv file formats from dropbox.
ppv1- 6gb
ppv4- 6.7gb
ppv5- 4gb

PPV11 - returns an .mp4 file format from dropbox.
ppv11- 2gb

*ppv5 note: 2 weeks ago, this item returned an .mp4 file format
ppv5- 2.5gb (mp4/ Length 2h29min/ 1920x800 letterbox(1080hd-23fr/sec)/ 2.3mb/sec. data rate

Some info on the movies would be nice.
I use Kodi with IPTVXtra2, and the guide_ks epg from kens.
It looks like he is attempting to add guide data for the PPV's.
I get info for PPV1 only right now though.
I checked the xml file and this is from the guide data;
Code:

I don't know if it's to much to ask, but in my humble opinion it would be a better idea to switch the second language to the Latin American Spanish due to the fact that there are over 626 million latinos vs 52 million spaniards.
