Hello. For some reason the audio on PPV ES (Channels 1001 on) is English no Spanish (it used to be Spanish)
Is there any setup that needs to be done to fix that?
Thanks

Here is something I wrote up at the NFPS homesite about this particular issue.

1st Method (Temporary)

Press the "Mode" button which looks like a music symbol it is next to the Setup button, it will bring up a menu in the top left corner listing

- Audio
- Subtitles
- 3D Mode
- Complain
- Clock

Under Audio you will see 2 audio tracks

Track 1 - Spa
Track 2 - Eng

It's quite obvious that these are the audio tracks for those movies listed above.

If your MAG is setup as primarily English (2nd method) but you want to watch the movie in Spanish you will have to select Track 1 - Spa under this menu, it will take a few seconds even up to a minute for the Spanish Audio to kick in, you will know when the audio kicks in as it becomes choppy for a moment as it transitions from English to Spanish. Now you can enjoy your movie in Spanish.

2nd Method (Permanent)

In the outer portal (NFPS) go to the Settings Menu, then proceed to Playback menu. From this menu you will have 4 options:

Primary Audio Language:
Secondary Audio Language:
Primary Subtitle Language:
Secondary Subtitle Language:

Here is where you set your preferences which is more of a permanent solution for the Spanish PPV audio issue

If you set your Primary Audio Language to Spanish, the Spanish PPV channels will automatically select the Spanish Audio Track by default.

If you want subtitles on by default you would set your Primary Subtitle Language to Spanish as well and they should kick in right a way by default (not tested)

All English channels would remain in English as they only offer 1 Audio track on Live TV, but something to think about in the event that SAP is offered by NFPS in the future that all those channels would be in Spanish by default if your primary is set as Spanish.
