same problem here, no portal connection, Dreamlink T1+, I reset modem, acc, and unit with no results, but it was the Id and Password, for some reason when the update loaded it went or change to a different ID and password, if you have the same problem just make sure that the information and Mac are correct, however this was the problem on my end and it was fixed by correcting the info,
I also noted that:
expire date does not show now and the channel numbers are all in different places they where before, like they used to be in the same as the other services and now is just all random, if anybody knows how to fix this please post, thank you.
