All channels? US channels are down for many, but UK are up by and large.

Personally i have authentification error and it was working fine yesterday

My bad, it was a problem with my local network.
I just tried an english channel and it's working fine, tried a US channel and it didn't work.

Back up this morning then surprise down since noon. Are we experiencing rotating blackouts between portals as a solution to the demand?

Nothing rotating, but you may be getting some blocking in your route to the server. You may want to try a vpn to see if you still get connection issues.

Is portal 2 down? Pvr loads but cannot get channel to work. Windows pc with kodi 16. Any help would be appreciated.

Portal 2 down again. Running VPN through Tomato no success. This sucks. Not bashing but I am running out of patience.
