Having the same issue, saying that the billing information does not match the card, but the information is correct. This payment issue is becoming frustrating, they need to do something about it.

I have also sent requests to administration for this to be looked into.
Sorry it wasnt trustpay.I tried Globebill..it failed and then I tried the 2nd one payease (I think it was called) and it gave me an error about wrong postal code. I have been trying to get this figured out for 3 days now. Not having much luck so far. Even tried using a different card.
