The email should come within the next 24 hours. If it does not, PM Crazed (look for his name in this thread and right click on his name to bring up the PM action) all of your details: the e-mail address you used and your order number.
I am having the same problem. I will wait until tomorrow and see what happens. no email no channels. I will follow ilan's advice in 24 hours. If you have same problem - please let me know in this thread how you resolved?
I've been trying, up to nine cards now, all fail. All nine cards worked and I've used them before to start using the service. Now that I want to renew all are failed.
