IPTV66 Password/Username Authentication

IPTV66 Help here!
Ok, moving the OP to its own thread, as it is good info, but this thread is now screwed.

The OP is now a sticky on its own, and this thread is now for password/authentication issues.

I'm totally confused !I put my user ( donation ) in login , I put my ( donation ) in password clicc OK,and upper right hand corner ,RED ERROR appears, what am I doing wrong ? I have asked this several times and I still haven't got an answer !:confused:
 
Weren't the service providers able to warn us about the 1st February authentication date? I don't think I have seen anything for the 2 donations I made.
I don't think they would have to since you really shouldn't discard any information that is sent to you. If you buy a stereo, do you through away the bill before using if for a month or a year? you should always keep everything that you have paid for just incase.

I have all my donation details, thanks because I know how to use email, seems the service provider doesn't.

What I meant was couldn't they have sent an email notifying us about the new system they were putting in place on the 1st February. They have our email addresses. Poor service in my book.

I wouldn't want them to keep my e-mail. It has been in announcements and talked about for 1 month.

Maybe in the future we will send you a letter in the mail advising you of any future changes with a stamp on it, would you prefer that instead.

He would be more than happy with that, but an email would have been more than enough ;)

The service that they provide might be good and it could be cheap as hell, but the customer service is nonexistent.
Let's face the reality and stop attacking users for being mad because theydon't receive reply to their emails, their donations are activated days or weeks late, etcetera, etcetera...

But at the same time I think that anyone who have been reading the forum during couple of hours should have noticed that their customer serviceis horrible, so although I totally understand the customers that are pissed off I don't understand why they are surprised....

i have tried the several time all the steps the username and password just pop one time and after that i rebooted it and nothing still not conecting i have done this over and over and nothing please i need help i have people waiting for this
