Rocket papiao.tv not accepting mac addy change

I recieved 3 new rockets and changed macs on all, but when i go back and check, they are all zeroed out. Anybody have any ideas?

when you change the mac and hit submit, does it let you know it was successful?

It states that the mac already exists. like its still assigned to the old expired rocket numbers.

Clear cache and cookies on your internet browser then try again.

Go to website and contact seller with your problem and they will add your MAC address

first it your old mac still work use them and then change them now if you waited till they expired you cant change them

It finally took. I just had to wait about 8 hrs until the inactive rockets were cleared or deleted from server. Thanks for the help guys.

Wait... You mean if you let your sub expire then you can't ever resub and use that Mac again? Essentially rendering whatever box you own useless for Iptv? Or am I misunderstanding?

No. The mac was still assigned to the expired rocket and would not allow me to link mac to new rocket# until the old one was cleared or deleted.
