Good afternoon,

I used the contact Papiao page to ask a question on Friday but have not received a reply. Is the a better way to get a hold of them? Out of respect I'd rather not list the question.

Thanks!

Yeah I also tried leaving a message last week but haven't heard anything! Out of respect you don't want to ask a question?!? Dude I work hard for my money, not sure about you... When you pay for a service shouldn't their be a level of mutual respect? Don't get me wrong I'm not saying go ham on anyone but the lack of support after I payed my $80 doesn't signify respect for me or quality customer service in my opinion. I've only been here a short while but the experience is beginning to leave a foul taste in my mouth. I guess this organization doesn't thrive off repeat/ word of mouth business. Even if you do leave a message here you still might not get the information you need. As for me it's cool... you live and you learn. Should have done more research before purchasing this service.. A mistake that I definitely won't make again! One glance at the forum and it's clear lots of people are having issues, some are even reemed for asking certain questions which is unfortunate.

I have an IPTV service from a 'non-supported' server (on this site). I paid quite a hefty premium for this, so I signed up for 30 days with IKS66 to see what their service was like (given that it is supported).
There are hundreds of channels of which I am probably interested in about 100. Sky Sports channels have been very unreliable over the past few weeks with freezing and no service at all - these have been reported by lots of people, but no resolution.
Sky Movies are also a bit hit and miss. I find the US movie channels much more stable.
VOD movies seem pretty good - no real issues for me.

So I am in a dilemma - persevere with an 'intermittent' service at a lower cost or pay a little more for something more stable.

What to do??

when yous start asking weather you should dump the supported service and go with another, well that is disrespect to the forum and to those that work hard in helping and creating.

How do you guys knoiw what elmos question may be ?
You take for granted some things and then post your dismay in the service as a extra

thnx but no thnx. The service works good here, period. And hyjacking this thread of elmos to boot !!!

elmos, send me a private message with your concern bro, I will try and get you an answer.

I sent a message to them last week, they responded to me in a few days. It didn't fix the issue, but now a few days later it seems to have been resolved so I think they
respond when they can. Even though they didn't fix my problem (channel out question) when the responded it made me happy to know they at least were trying. Not hearing is annoying.

"Disrespect is when many people pay for a service and when it goes down the owners can't take a minute or two to confirm it. No one expects miracles but quick note saying the service is down or having a problem would be very nice."

I appreciate the PM crazed 2.0. I have nothing negative to say about my IKS or IPTV service. I just had a question that needed to be answered in private and didn't want to list it in the forum.
