So on Dec 23rd I paid for another 1yr rocket subscription and today is 4 days I have been waiting for the email so that I can start the process. The credit card has been billed. I know they said give them 24-48hrs to process subscriptions and I know this is a holiday weekend so I'm really hoping that is the case for this delay. I have made bought from them before as well as from iks66 and receive an email instantly. Have anyone else had this issue with iksrocket?

I have been checking that from day one and all it says is.....Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.
This happened to me, but with order number I was able to get my donation number, I only waited a few minutes and didn't see an email, so I used order number. But I cant remember how I did it back then. But I think I did it how farmer advise you to do it. I don't Think I even got an Email from them at all, well at least not on how I can recall, Also did you guy it from The service seller themselves or a Vendor? Don't buy from a Vendor if you can avoid it, Some of them don't give you the Donation Code and you will be ARSE out without Donation Code.
Yes from day 1 I was checking the junk, the email never came. Apparently others had this issue also and they had to wait a few days but this is taking too long
