Tried both hard wired and wifi, wifi right now...Internet speed down 25 up 2.3 and No VPN

When I first install my vixo2 all the channels works fine, now all of them are freezing, just wonder if this is a temporary thing? or what is going on. Thanks in advance for the help as a new on this iptv.

Well ya out west been a problem...Been watching the Ping all morning 170 MS in the last 15 Min's it jumped to 270 MS (11:25am Pacific time)
That Said the freezing not all that Bad Today!!!
Once 6Pm rolls around will be the TEST
Like I said totally new on this, how you check the pin, or you meant the internet velocity, have fiber optic.
Rinny sorry but you have to be more specific, I do not know how to ping the address, sorry but my 80 old brain does not work that well.
