IPTV66 Orders not received or MAC issues -- iptv66, Rocket or NFPS

IPTV66 Help here!
I have been struggling to get my KODI system with Stalker client to get going. The most frustrating part is the limit in the "IPTV Reset & Route Checker" I ordered and got order confirmation 2 nights ago, and still I can't validate whether the system took my last MAC address update. I'm very frustrated, please help.
 
Still waiting for a reply on my Donation from 8th February from rocket , I used payease ,it said payment successful ,deduction was done on my card ,
I did private message ,but still no donation received as yet.please help someone.
 
Did not receive a confirmation or email after paying using payease as well. Is that normal?

You also told me in a recent message that the charge on the card is still pending .
That may be where to look for any issues or answers.

I did check , but found nothing on the system with your email

--If its about a MAC Already Excists message or MAC Banned message, then we will need to send a snapshot picture of the MAC from your receiver (either from a stickier that may be on the box or from screenshoot of the receivers menu with the MAC addy showing).
Use a file host site, like mediafire.com and upload your pic there. Then copy the link (shared link) and send that shared link to me, and also include the MAC, the Donation Number & your Email & the IPTV service

Please always incude the info I would need, in each new message so I do not have to search old messages for any needed information. That takes too much of my time which is needed elsewhere.
