IPTV66 Orders not received or MAC issues -- iptv66, Rocket or NFPS

pelermon had been trying to use a MAC ID with letters that will not work.
When yous generate or create a MAC ID, you must use numbers from 0 to 9 and letters from A to F
No letter after the letter F will be accepted.
That is just the way it works with MACs guys
 
I am new to the Forum, Yesterday I purchased a large number
of routes from IKS66 Order #: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I did received receive the login information 36 hours after purchase
my problem is I can't login to my panel I contacted support and received a second password but still can't login
Now I used the forgot password it worked got my new password by email but it also doesn't work I would appreciate
any help I can get to solve this problem Thank You

trying to reset mac address gets message Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.

that exact message coming from the MAC checker usually means you have entered the wrong info

You can send me a message with your email and MAC needed and I can check things for you.

if you renewed then it will be same route number, the order number will change thou.

I just placed my first order without a reseller and after making payment received the following conflicting message:

Order ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Payment Amount: US$ 80.00
Payment Result: Succeed
Please try to order again using a different Visa Card or Payment gateway.


It states "Succeed", but also says to place the order again ...I know I have to wait 24-48hrs to confirm, but can I assume the order went through ok or not?

I purchased a 1 month service from iptv66 about three days ago. Almost immediately I received an email with order number, user name and password and mac. checked my cc account, shows billed and paid. I've waited over the requested 24-48 hrs to check it. When I do check, It keeps coming back wait 24-48 hrs.
Wondering if I need to wait longer or can someone help me to resolve this?
