IPTV66 Orders not received or MAC issues -- iptv66, Rocket or NFPS

Hi all! I purchased just a trial 1 month route yesterday to see how I like the service but haven't heard back yet. I got a 16 digit code thing 6821161101****** and was told to enter my email address but just says to wait. When I purchase I entered my avov code number to be paired not sure if this why it takes longer. Thanks for help!!
 
Hello crazed in ur private message sayin u don't have time for this get a clue!, how the f am I supposed to check the username and password compatablitlity when it took me 2 months. Tryin to retrieve that than finally using a yahoo address be I never was sent th f password for these f forums an u tell me u don't have time for me or my NO T V still since 10/20/16 so who can help me if u don't have time to check or change the username and password?
 
Good luck this shit is retarded I haven't had tv for 2 weeks I joined this service aug 30th an it's like pulling f teeth tryin to get a response an this MOD just told me to get a clue he doesn't have time to help me get tv be username an password is different wtf smfh yo! This shi,t is so f vexing! All I want is the f tv the 89 USD$ I paid for this service an u just get dicked around in forums with support an now this Moderator Crazed so we f ck do I do now to adjust this crap so I can get them service I paid for?....
 
cristinac, I have tired helping you. It is very difficult helping someone that does not know anything about what they are trying to do.
You need to understand how this works, without understanding the basics then it is impossible to help you.
I will bend over backwards to help members, but I can not if everything I try to explain falls on deaf ears :(

I just renewed my service for 1 year using my M/C and it went through (It said it went through on the screen after the payment). I see it on my bank statement. Yet I did not get an order number and my remaining days did not go up. I paid 125.00, My question is did my order go through and when will I see a change in my days remaining change.

I use iptv 66 last I used payease time was about 16:45 cst or 17:45 est

petra1000 also has issues fixed.
Problem was that the renewal was done too early (still had 80 days remaining on original order), so it did not show correctly on the account.
Server administration caught it and sent petra1000 his stuff :)

First of all, thanks to all of you that will take the time to read and possibly reply to this post!

Here's the situation. I'm using Kodi with iptv66 service. I bought one year service in advance from a reseller back in March 2016. Back then this reseller was very responsive.
Since September 2016 he is not responding any messages that I have sent to him.
Yesterday night, I got an error when Kodi was trying to load the list, "Authentication Failed".
I know that I need to reset my MAC in order to solve this error, the thing is that I do not know my route number neither my donation number, since all of this info was never shared to me from the reseller.
Every time I had the same error in the past, I just contacted the reseller and he resetted my MAC for me in a couple of minutes.
What should I do in order to recover my service?
The only information that I have is my MAC number, Login, Password, Serial Number and Device ID. I'm using PVR Stalker in Kodi. Since I paid one full year, my service should be valid through March 2017.

How can I reset my MAC? Do I need support from an admin at IPTV66 in order to recover my service?

All your help, support and advices will be highly appreciated.

How long do you need to wait after you receive your password and info by email to set up your mac ? I received email Friday check it today Monday and says wait 24 to 48 hrs or check card if payment made . Checked card looks OK. ??
