First of all, thanks to all of you that will take the time to read and possibly reply to this post!
Here's the situation. I'm using Kodi with iptv66 service. I bought one year service in advance from a reseller back in March 2016. Back then this reseller was very responsive.
Since September 2016 he is not responding any messages that I have sent to him.
Yesterday night, I got an error when Kodi was trying to load the list, "Authentication Failed".
I know that I need to reset my MAC in order to solve this error, the thing is that I do not know my route number neither my donation number, since all of this info was never shared to me from the reseller.
Every time I had the same error in the past, I just contacted the reseller and he resetted my MAC for me in a couple of minutes.
What should I do in order to recover my service?
The only information that I have is my MAC number, Login, Password, Serial Number and Device ID. I'm using PVR Stalker in Kodi. Since I paid one full year, my service should be valid through March 2017.
How can I reset my MAC? Do I need support from an admin at IPTV66 in order to recover my service?
