Look at your Paypal receipt. It will most likely list the reseller (third party) from whom you purchased Rocket. They're the only one that can help with this purchase, since you did not purchase directly from Rocket, which I would recommend doing the next time.
 
Crazed 2.0, I sent you a PM yesterday on the issue I was having, I am seeing where I was charged for the service from my cc statement but have not received any sort of confirmation to my email. All details are found in the PM

Paypal is dangerous for IPTV users:

All our payment gateways are located offshore and will never disclose any of your information to no one including us, so we want to advise you to NEVER PURCHASE IPTV SERVICE USING PAYPAL because they will disclose all your information to Charlie or any other provider on the first request.

Rockycat, I followed your advice and sent an email to PayEase and informed you of what was done via pm on August 11. To date have heard nothing from PayEase, you or iks66 regarding the status of the service I requested and paid for. However, I'm seeing strings of similar advice coming from Super Moderators like yourself on the same issue. I'm just seeking some answers or some closure please. I have been in this line of uncertainty since receiving my order confirmation on August 6, 2016 and I did not use PayPal.
 
On august 18 i renew my route, for a full year. still haven't been able to use it.. i have try to contact iks66, and PM some admin in here with mi info to get help on this... please advise.

It has a MAC linked to it as well.

I sent you a return message with credentials. There is a MAC entered too, I do not know if it is the correct MAC you need thou.

I think you have been entering an incorrect number at the website when you were trying to check on the route account.
