All messages been answered.

Some that been waiting patiently have now gotten taken care of.
Sorry about the delays, that darn rebuilding is a bitch guys :(
But in the end this system will be the better for it :)

crazed..the route is working after u did the mac assignment and reset for me but i still cant get into the route using the route checker..gives me that red notice to wait 48 hrs..
thanks for ur help.

ohh, I had forgotten all about doing that reset and stuff :eek:
It may have been while I was having a few pops :)

That route checker deal is messed up at the best of times.
It needs some attention from the server techs I think

good to know..no big deal ,but i like to check the route every so often just to make sure to renew before it goes down.

hey guys, good news!
At the start of this which was a few months ago, we had almost 100 messages and emails daily with issues. That happened daily.
Then it dropped down to maybe 20 to 40 per day.
That lasted awhile.
Then it dropped down to maybe 2 to 10 per day for order issues.
As some know, I been busy and hard at it with getting issues communicated to administration.


I am so pleased to announce that in 2 or 3 days now, there has not been one (new) issue reported to me.
This to me means only one thing.
The system has improved :)

ANy issues with orders thou guys, do not hesitate to message me about it.

There will still be times yous do not get your orders within 24 to 48 hours, but from my findings you should get that order within that time frame. If not then give it just a bit longer.
Do not panic thou, just send me a message instead :)
Most important thou, do not wait !
