IPTV66 Orders not received or MAC issues -- iptv66, Rocket or NFPS

2146Z order checker web page times out when submitting an order # to check and papiao is down in the SE US, has been since, last Saturday I think. Anyone up yet?

I figured I would check before bed and the order checker page is working (and quick), selected reset and next checked papaio, everything seems to work! SWEET! Now one of these days Im going to have to figure out where Im going wrong on the stalker addon and epg.

Really happy we have you crazed Ive emailed support twice and don't get a response I know pages are having issues however a simple response to the email saying we are working on it and haven't forgotten you goes a long way to users. Hopefully the admin team starts cracking the whips on support I see a lot of users complain because the support takes so long to get back to you if they do at all. This whole service would go a lot further and be a lot better if there actual support team did that and supported the users.
 
Most of it at this time is this darn rebuilding and some things can not be done or not effectivly be done, till that is completed.

I do answer messages here at Talk , am a little behind right now, but I been hoping for some good news to give.

in meantime I gotta report that the server website is still not functioning correctly.
 
This really sucks I paid 5 days ago hoping to get the ppv boxing tonight and payment was taken but no email yet very disappointed in this service

I'm in the same boat, man. I paid 6 days ago only for a month's subscription. By the time I am able to use it, I will only be able to use 2-3 weeks out of it before the month is up :/
 
well guys , websites are still not working correctly.

For iks66 website, I can check the 13 digit Route Donation number and set a MAC with that route number in hand.
I can not check Orders or MACs with the 16 digit Order number, I need the 13 digit Route number.
I can check with email addy, but that does not always work.

Crazed can you find out from the Server Admins what sort of time frame we are working with in getting the servers fully functional so that at least it will give all an ease of mind. Also is there any way to block the payment sites until the servers are fully functional because many are paying for a service they cannot use and the days are going by. Do these services provide a refund option for those who wish to do so?

i dont think thats going to happen.all i want is the 3 routes i renewed sent to me..i didnt even receive an order #,they just took my money from cc and havent received nothing.
 
I think about what you have said everyday, all day.
I have sent messages to server administration with that exact question.
I just now about 15 minutes ago send a request for a time-line.
I did yesterday too, but did not receive a response to that question.

As to the days clicking by, I think with these new orders not found yet on the system, that when they do get on the system the days will start then.
As to orders already on the system but members can not access to link MAC or what ever the case may be, these orders may be clicking days away, but once the system is back working correctly we may see the missing days added. I can not say for sure thou, but is my educated guess.

If yous need to Link a MAC to your donation, please try several times thru the website. I have had a couple reports that the member tried several times and finally had success, but that would take luck and vigilance, is the way I see that.

I can not appologize enough for this delay guys :(
I know it is not my fault and nothing I can do, but I feel I have failed you guys and that sux big time :(

Papiao server admins need to see what this is doing to their reputation.
IKS66 especially I have supported and made it reputable, that now has gone out the window.
Many many members are asking for a refund and I do not blame them one bit at this point.

Crazed we know you have tried your best and I can speak for myself, I am eternally grateful for all the hard work and support you have given over time especially within this last week. Please do not feel you have failed. The server admins are trying their best in getting the servers up and running, but they have failed in providing proper feedback. Especially when end users email them and there get no responses whatsoever. When you provide customer service, you do not want to go down that road they are apparently on. I hope for the sake of everyone the service is back up and running soon and this reputable service will once again be one of the best there is out there.
To you and other moderators Crazed, keep up the good work and you will always get my support and from others.

don't put yourself down crazed you have helped all of us when we need help. you have gotten my routes when support from iks66 would just ignore us so if it wasn't for you i think we would of all left iks66 and gone through another provider long time ago..:)
