Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
one would think there would be an announcement on this with an explanation how to recover (steps to take) an order number via papiao company, if one has lost their info?? weird days baby!

I have my donation code from my original email & my DES Key but there is no Order Number in this email so I cant access papiao.is. Could someone explain where the Order Number should be please?
Please no silly comments as "your screwed" as these dont help anyone.

Papiao doesn't/won't answer e-mails.....ever. Is there another way to establish contact and get information/answers from them? I don't think so.
Papiao is a ghost and takes a very, very long time, if ever to distribute donation numbers from transactions that they've been paid for (incentive to give it to you). Do you think, unless a system that doesn't exist right now becomes available on their site to give you an order number, that they are going to give you something that you didn't pay for (no incentive to give it to you)?
There's obviously a major disconnect here and it's not going to get any better anytime soon so rather than tell you "your screwed", I'll just say "your outta luck." How does that sound?

When you pay for donation one email is sent to you with confirming your order with order number,then 24 to 48 hrs you will get another email with your order number and donation info.
i suspect those who got their order number was from the page that loaded right after the txn was complete - i know (since papiao is a business ) they must have that number on file?
and seriously, i very much feel for those (and i would be pissed if i was in same boat) who cant access them (order numbers) only b/c they (endusers) NEVER EVER expected they would need it? one would think, at this point of the game, papiao would make it possible to give this to those who request it and whom can back up "they" are the ones who own the donation? otherwise, this is like BAD BAD, VERY BAD business
and IF they don't answer email requests for this to help endusers get connected? this will leave a bad taste in many mouths going forward...i strongly suspect this is to prove a point against some re-sellers...one of them (re-seller) was complaining about "charge backs" he had to give (19,000.00) just recently...i dunno but looks like a HUGE fight is on between a few re-sellers and nfps from what i can make out from target's rant
I didn't buy through a re-seller though I went from the main web site to correspondence via email and paid through PayPal as I have for a number of years with confirmation email from Nfpsiksdonation rog****@*******.com with all the necessary details at the time but not with this order number. I tried the transaction number from the PayPal debit but its not that. I have sent emails to rog*** & nfps but no reply.
It was indeed on the top of the video regarding how to get set up and use your donation number. I didn't write mine down either and watched the video and couldn't go back in the cached files on my computer and I'm "outta luck" too. I've never received my donation number either, so I'll turn my "outa luck" into a charge back on my credit card and move on. For those who don't have their order number from a purchase a while back......well, I guess they are truly "outta luck"
there will be many charge backs..they should have only done this with NEW sign ups and/or renewals, imho
I didn't buy anything from a reseller I bought it directly from papiao. Despite you making this look like it's only a reseller issue, its not.
I admit it, I screwed up and didn't get an order number. I watched the video and couldn't go back to that page.
For those who got their donation number, threw away or lost their order number from papiao and thought they were good to go with their dontation number.......well guess what????
That is a reseller and nfps has not taken a paypal payment for some time now. You MUsT contact your reseller for help.
good point but doubt everyone who bought nfps/rocket/iks66 dons, know anything about this site...id wager its prob less than 50%
especially with so many re-sellers out there but there are some end users who bought direct and trashed all info and saved the DON info only since they NEVER thought they would need it, thats a fair and honest mistake...papiao shouldnt have taken this drastic step, imho..but i digress
I'm all good. There isn't any info whatsoever on the credit card charge. It's charge back time. Papiao isn't easy to work with and impossible to communicate with. Until this changes, I'm no longer interested.
