NFPS / Private order number for status check?

From whom did you buy the service? If from NFPS, Rocket or IKS66, they sent you an e-mail that contained the order number. If you bought from a reseller, you'll need to contact them for assistance.

Zangari123 i asked the same damn question but they are washing their hands. If they were going to implement this order # they @ least should have told ppleople to get it before this all S#$% happens. Lesson learned the hard way

It was talked about before it started. Your order number came to you with your donation. If from a reseller get it from him/her.

The reseller is gone. I think peeps should be given a chance to get in to change mac address for a few days with donation number due to all these problems. If we knew we needed an order number we would have asked for it when buying code.

is the nfpsiksdonation.com people a reseller or are they the direct supplier

if the direct supplier i didnt get an order code and its now asking me for one, quthentication is failing due to device id conflict?

Im using nfps stalker client currently in kodi

Yeah, I just have my donation number...If I can't get access to portal to fix any future problems, I hope someone comes up with a good clone then. Some people don't check this forum daily..so, that's why some found out about it now.

I am in the same boat,no order# from re-seller an can not get hold of him.I bought about 8 of them with no order#.They aloud the re-sellers buy them at a lower cost when bought in a group.I purchased these Donation numbers back about 7 months ago.
I have sent an email to server with Donation# to see if they can give me the Order# from the Donation#, but haven't heard back yet

You will not get the info off them, only the resller can help you. I am in the same boat, only a month left on my donation no big deal. I will not renew as i do not like the way this situation was handled.

what a rip off, i bought 3 subs in december.

i've emailed them again, if i dont get a prompt response will report it to paypal as its still within my 180 days to raise a dispute.

they call it a donation which would imply you are paying towards a community service but sell through re-sellers, then change their system 2 months later and suddenly the $300 dollars you spent is lost because of some number i wasn't provided with.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

oh i know, ill buy another 3 from some other site (not bloody likely, the service is not as good as it could be anyway) back to the normal sat supplier for me i think)

They will give you a order #just email the donation and ask for the order #
