Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
I just tried the error was somewhat expected: "The order number field is required."
I use a M8S and it was a nightmare for me. I had to switch to KODI 16 to find out an error that I needed to relink my mac since the ID did not match. It was kicking me out of KODI into Android, and had no clue to why. Was originally using a NFPS donation I had bought from a friend when he bought a Mag 254 for me. I did not want to call him after midnight to get the order number to reset the mac so I had to revert to a Rocket donation I am using in KODI on a viox 2.

i became a reseller , but before i became to be a reseller i register a few router , know i want to have control on douse router , ? how i can get that control and register on my managing list
I must be in the minority here,as i think adding the order number as a requisite to check your donation is a brilliant idea,offering even more security. It might be a pain for those who didn't get their donation directly from the rocket ,nfps site,and put in a legit email.
I have a new problem now. I tried to update a MAC Address for one of my clients by changing one digit on it, then saving it. Now when I try to go back to fix the Mac to the correct number, the system does not allow me to and I get a message of "Access denied for user updater"
Why? I just edited the Mac Address and 20 seconds later I can't!!
This is weird. Will try to correct the MAC to the correct one later hoping that it will allow me.

and the ONLY reason i need to chnage my mac is b/c i keep getting an Authentication error after entering my login info..otherwsie the mac was fine earlier today.. lol
actually you prob are not in minority - if someone had your donation or lets say you sold it and then later decided to use it for whatever infantile reasons, alls you need to do then, is, go in and edit the mac and bob's your aunt - the peep you sold it too is SOL until HE does the same thing back and on and on it goes
i do think it would have been easier for most to enter their email instead of the order number but then i suppose papi doesnt keep email addies on file but one would suspect they should and do? - who knows
all they (nfps) want is ONE dude to have access not other dudes selling macs that are already owned and ruining it for all - thats what happened recently with a good chunk and this is why all this extra security ..nfps has to protect their own customers
Was getting this exact same error, today was able to go in and correct my info. I am not at home, but at least I feel better now that I know my Mac is correct.
