Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
Things getting complicated now. Order number? i can't imagine all the people calling the resellers (legit ones) inquirering about his order.. that's not good.
I have just checked the papio donation checker site and it does ask both donation and order number. So do we need to go change mac address to get working again? the iks66 route checker shows both donation and order number boxes but when put info in that it says 24-48 hrs to process your order. Just trying to check my iks donation. so i guess its down now as well.

I didn't change anything but the login in the client, and things are working again after the maintenance down time last night. think it was very acceptable downtime for what the things they changed. just dont panic wait for them to do what they need to, and spend and couple of hours with your loved ones so long instead of constantly trying to login change mac etc.

This is why we don't advise buying from a reseller and there are no legit resellers, the only legit is from the site itself and not a reseller.
and always keep order, donation number, and email used to make the order. a good tip is to copy/paste your first email to a .txt file and keep it tight, make a few copies if youre clumsy, and as theone says do not buy of a reseller unless you know him and he provides these 3 things.
for sure - heck i record with webcam from my second PC - ALL ONLINE trxs just in case - can never be too careful these days! and as for resellers sometimes there are honest ones but to save a few $$ not worth it for many reasons , still, no one saw this one coming (entering order number)? even if not from re-seller, how many would think of it - ouch! seams nfps might be under some kind of pressure...they should have given a heads-up first in advance so peeps can access their info first for those who forgot to store the info.
edit; heck one can even take snap shots with their other devices and store them (txn)and that way you can refer to your videos and clips in case one forgets the info

This is not true. I configure boxes for clients with one year subscription and have all order and donation numbers for every customer.
I think it is asking Order Number or Donation Number .....not both..................I just changed the Mac successfully using only the donation number
I disagree i am 100% legit, i can provide anything my customers ask & i keep detailed notes on everyone
what look this is great to have added sorry if you got from reseller we alway say dont get donation off them unless its family and friend but any how you must use order number now took me 30 mins to find mine but save it in safe place which i forgot

You need both now bro. perhaps when you did it yesterday, it was still in the process of changing over. As of this morning, both Order Number and donation are required.
