yup but after that it clicks to nova tv something is off still i had that problem to resent all info with a note

no it is the main settings one where it has your serial and mac and you would add the portal.

That is what i submitted. But still nothing. I get to the nova middleware solution with login option on the screen

cannot get nova to work

Sent info in 4 times still goes to Nova middleware solutions page for login but when I click the blue login nothing happens. Go back to server settings page. 66.85.29.47/nova/client on server 2 but it is not connecting. Saw in an update something about Nova and 4k but there's no settings for 4 k and Nova doesn't connect.

I've Logged in twice as well and get to the login screen and nothing happens either.I can see my mac address is correct on the login page but still nothing.
