Rocket Not Working

Hello, on May 25, 2016 i purchased my 4th rocket,
i got the email back with my password,
but is not working, i tried to email no answer
i seams i hit a brick wall,
are my 80 dollars waisted?

my order #xxxxxxxxxxx

is any body having this same problem?

i get the ERROR message when authenticating my password

are you on portal 22

Make sure your inputing the numbers with the cyber keyboard through your remote control, do not use the remote numbers from the remote control it won't work and you would get that message

i have 3 other subs working fine,
i tried portal 11 and i get ERROR
i tried portal 22 and i get the blue bar, but halts at about a 10th and stays halted
and yes i use the keyboard to input my password not the control remote
i checked my sub mac # and says active,
i have checked all over and over my settings
i am missing something, just cant figure it up

Ok, i got it working, reset everything, started from scratch
