Rocket Not connecting

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

Is anyone else having a problem connecting to their server to get service? Please let me know how to fix this so I stop getting phone calls. I've already contacted papiao but haven't got a reply yet Any help would help. Thank you.

Wow! I thought it was just me. Glad to hear from everyone. I've contacted papiao and they told me to reset everything. I did all that. They also told me to go to this site and get more answers. So if anyone has any answers PLEASE let me know because all my accounts and me are still down. Thanks you guys.

On what IPTV portal are your accounts?

What app or STB are you using?

Are you getting STB blocked message or you can login but channels are not loading?

Have you tried changing accounts to a different portal?... if your clients are using the app this change is transparent for them.

They are on 1.iptv22.is and 2.iptv22.is

I'm using Kokaleka on a NVIDIA Shield others on firesticks

I'm getting 'Your account is invalid or has expired!" and (I've got 274 days and many of my customers have more or about the same amount)

Yes I've tried to change accounts to different portal. And all of my clients are using the Kokaleka app.

Going to try and use the starters app and see if that makes a difference. But still if there's any help from you guys or papiao,I would highly appreciate it

Im down on my Android device. a A box . im using kokaleka. I have a Lifetime account that has a expiry of 2038. " your account is invalid or has expired ! " the account is " ACTIVE" the Ban count is 0. i have reloaded the app but it wont log in. I don't want to change things as it has worked flawlessly for 3 years
 
Just loaded IPTV SMARTERS PRO and my service is working fine. I'm just dreading changing everyone else's service to this. Papiao if you can get Kokaleka back, I won't have to change everyone else. Keep me informed. Thanks everybody for all your help.

Did you just download it?Then you got an updated version.Many services are having issues with their app because it's not updated.

Same problem here, account seems to be invalid in Kokaleka, it was working fine a few days ago.

Rocket is valid in the system.

Any help is welcome.

I checked your Rocket with what you sent me and it is Valid and active, it's okay.

I used your email and the 12 digit Rocket number to log on your rocket with (at rocket website)

Kokaleka App is based on IPTV Smarters, it should work. What kokaleka app version are you using? what itv starters version are you using?
